Prior to June of this year I contacted Roadpro with a view to buying a flat sat, avtex tv and a freesatHD box. You got Car-fi to phone me and arrange an installation. The installation was completed successfully in early June 08. I am pleased with the products and the fitting was professonally carried out. However for some reason Car-fi will not supply me with any receipts for the equipment. This will cause issues if I need to claim under the warranty or need to make an insurtance claim. Can you shed any light on the reason why they will not send me receipts for these items?
